A further task of a secondary filter is avoiding dust discharge in case of damage on the main filter.

The demand for more safety for the staff and environment as well as a low residual dust content has increased substantially. After research and customer survey, Infastaub has developed the proven pocket filter of series AJN and pleated element filter of series AJL with an optional secondary filter stage.

An integrated filter cassette for suspended matters in HEPA-quality realizes residual dust contents up to 0.001 mg/m³. In case of critical dusts, the change of dust discharge and filter cassette can be carried out with a „safe change light“ concept. So maintenance and other tasks at the filter can be performed with low or even free of contamination.

Pocket filters of series AJN are designed for volume flow from 100 m³/h to 25,000 m³/h, pleated element filters of series AJL for volume flows from 2,000 to 40,000 m³/h.
