The German Bulk Industry Association (DSIV) is hosting a seminar and training day about pneumatic conveyor technology on March 11th, 2020. The day offers a special and practical view to the enormous range of conveying bulk solids.

The topics include besides basics of pneumatic conveyor technology, compressed air production and conditioning and special conveyor systems also the topic dedusting technology. Bernhard Voß and Peter Richter, both Infastaub employees, explain in their presentation general mechanisms of dry particle separation and different filter designs. In addition, they give advices for filter plant design. This also includes the characteristics of aspirating pneumatically filled containers. A further focus of the Infastaub presentation are legal requirements as well as aspects of explosion protection.
